Pricing will be released on Friday 28 June with Expressions of Interest open for a five day period. If you would like to purchase one of these sought after lots at Celsius Living Piara Waters, we suggest getting your letter of eligibility or finance pre-approval ready to submit with your Expression of Interest.
Lot sizes range from 375sqm to 510sqm. If you have a size or location preference make sure you let us know.

Stage 1 is sold out and titles have been issued. We have 41 lucky buyers about to become landowners in Piara Waters, with many buyers ready to start their build.
Stage 2 lots will be released in three stages with Stage 2A hitting the market on Friday 28 June and the following releases soon after. Titles for all Stage 2 lots are estimated for October, which means settlements are likely to take place in November this year.
