Release Friday 28 June – Expression of Interest Process
On Friday 28 June we will send an email to our valued clients, many of whom have been eagerly awaiting the next release. The email will include a link to the Price List and an Expression of Interest form. Please complete the Expression of Interest form carefully as these details are used to populate the Contract of Sale. Return the Expression of Interest form to your Sales Agent or send to info@celsius.com.au.
The selection criteria will be based on purchase price as well as conditions, such as finance. Please include your finance pre-approval or letter of eligibility with your form if applicable. You can include up to three lot preferences to give yourself the best opportunity to secure a lot in the release.
The Expression of Interest period will be open for 5 days and your Sales Agent will be back in touch once this closes. If you are successful, then you will receive a Contract of Sale for execution and the deposit amount payable is $10,000. If you have any questions at all please get in touch with us.

Stage 1 Settlements
We are excited to announce that settlements for the first stage of 41 lots started rolling from Thursday 6 June with many very happy new landowners in Piara Waters.
Congratulations to our new owners!
Many of our new owners are are already well advanced with house designs and builder engagement. It is no surprise that the majority of new owners already live within Piara Waters and surrounding suburbs and are looking to upgrade their home whilst remaining in the area they have grown to love.
The contractors have already mobilised directly onto stage 2, with great progress being made. Titles for the final stages are estimated for October/November this year.
