Comprising 85 residential lots and beautiful parkland, this community is located in Piara Waters, approximately 26 km south-east of the Perth CBD. Titles for Stage 1 are anticipated for January 2024.
There has been plenty of planning progress since our last update. The City of Armadale recommended approval of the Local Structure Plan to the Western Australian Planning Commission in December 2022 and has now also issued approval to commence earthworks on site.
In the meantime, the subdivision application has been lodged with the Western Australian Planning Commission.
The earthworks have been tendered and construction is expected to commence in the coming weeks. There is also plenty of other construction happening locally in this thriving community.
Construction of the new shopping centre on Erade Drive, which is proposed to include a new IGA is underway, the Piara Waters Lifestyle Resort has welcomed its first residents and renovation of the CY O’Connor Tavern is nearing completion.
Meanwhile the existing shops, restaurants, bar and café at CY O’Connor Village continue to provide a great lifestyle for nearby residents.
Piara Waters Senior High School opened up for their Year 7 foundation students on the 1st of February 2023 and will be adding each year to its growing cohort, until it reaches year 12 in 2028. Piara Waters Senior High School is a welcome addition to the vibrant, growing, and multicultural community of Piara Waters.
