In the lead up to the launch we wanted to give you some indicative pricing, with the full price list being released to VIPs on the 13th of October.

450m2 lots from $405,000
510m2 lots from $485,000
There are plenty of large lots available in the Stage 1 release, but if you’re looking for something smaller then the Stage 2 release won’t be too far away.
