Stage 1 Sales Update
In October we held a VIP Release and more than half of the Stage 1 lots sold. Sales continued to be steady with plenty of demand for large family sized lots and there are now only a handful of Stage 1 lots left. Click on the link below to see what is available.
Construction Progress
Civil works commenced on site in November 2023 with Densford Civil appointed as the contractor. The sewer construction is complete with retaining walls and stormwater drainage underway. Installation of water and gas is due to commence in January 2024 with roadworks due to be undertaken in February / March 2024. Practical completion is forecast for late March and the next step is working towards individual lot titles which are anticipated for April / May 2024. The design of the parks is progressing with the landscaping works due to occur following completion of the civil works.
