Since our last update the subdivision plan has been approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission. Earthworks have also commenced, with clean fill imported to site. The next milestone will be the civil construction of roads and services.
We are seeing many enquiries on the imminent land release and pricing. We’d like to make sure there is an appropriate period of time between the opportunity to purchase, practical completion of Stage 1 and settlement. We estimate that titles will be created in March/April 2024, so our release to the market is anticipated to be September/October 2023 in line with when civil construction is expected to commence. This timing will firm up once civil construction tenders are assessed next month.
